Over the years, I have developed a strong foundation in the lighting industry and have gained valuable hands-on knowledge of products, customer requirements, and the evolving needs of the market. To stay current with industry trends and new technologies, I have attended multiple trade shows, seminars, and industry events, which has helped me remain informed and responsive in a fast-changing industry.
My long-standing experience with HCI has given me a detailed understanding of our products, processes, and customer base, allowing me to support both our internal team and external sales agencies with practical insight and dependable service.
