My name is Kim Hynes, I am the Sales and Office Manager for HCI lighting. I have been with HCI for the past 8 years. I have over 20 years of sales experience. I am looking forward to developing partnerships with my team and sales agencies.
Roua is a multidisciplinary Industrial Designer and Account Manager driven by a passion for impactful, user-centered design and meaningful client relationships. With a proven track record of turning ideas into innovative products, she excels at balancing aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability. Her skill set includes CAD modeling, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, sketching, production drawings, and creative problem-solving.
As an Account Manager, Roua brings her design expertise into client-facing roles, offering a unique perspective that bridges creative vision with technical know-how. She is committed to fostering strong partnerships, uncovering business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with each client's goals.
Roua graduated with Honours from Sheridan College's Industrial Design program, receiving several awards including the ACIDO Rocket 2nd Place Award and the Award of Excellence in Industrial Design. She thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about creating thoughtful designs and building long-term client success.

My deep understanding of industry best practices for the full product development life cycle has allowed me to successfully design and implement IT solutions for a variety of complex projects, improving service levels and delivering significant savings.
In addition, I am heavily involved in non-profit work where my role as a Community Advocate has been recognized by government officials. Currently serving as the President of a charity that grew from thousands to millions in revenue. Instrumental in growing the charity to better serve the needs of the community.
Strategic Business Leader with 40 years of experience leading and overseeing Transportation, Trading and Operations business activities. Strong history of devising precise and targeted business operations plans, managing multiple business areas, reviewing performance, and driving change. Forward-thinking leader with expertise in setting goals, quality standards and cross-organizational initiatives while leading quick and efficient attainment of objectives.
